Account Statuses
Account Statuses
Active
An Active account is operating normally. The source states that all account environments are running when the account is active.
Deactivated
A Deactivated account can still sign in to the platform dashboard, but its operational capabilities are restricted.
- You cannot create new environments.
- Existing environments are stopped.
- Stopped environments cannot be edited.
- Existing environments can still be removed.
Suspended
An account can be Suspended when the user violates part of the agreement with the hosting provider.
- All environments are stopped.
- The user cannot sign in to the platform dashboard.
- Reactivation requires contacting the hosting provider’s support team.
Destroyed
When an account reaches the Destroyed state, dashboard access can still remain available, but all environments have already been deleted and cannot be recovered.
The source describes two common ways an account can become destroyed:
- The account owner explicitly requests account deletion.
- The account stays deactivated without being reactivated for the period defined by the hosting provider.
The source also notes that a user wishing to recover account access should sign in and refill the balance so it becomes positive. However, environments that have already been deleted in the Destroyed state cannot be restored.
Status Comparison

| Suspended | No | Stopped | No dashboard access | Contact hosting-provider support |
| Destroyed | May remain available | Deleted | Deleted environments cannot be recovered | Refill balance for account access where applicable; deleted environments remain unrecoverable |
