How WHMCS auto-refill works: the source explains that WHMCS does not provide a true native auto-recharge mechanism. Instead, the platform creates a recharge-card order when the configured monthly or balance-threshold trigger is reached. The order is paid automatically when the WHMCS balance is sufficient, or manually after an email confirmation when it is not.
To disable automatic refill, open the same auto-refill page and use the provided disable link.
Disable the active auto-refill configuration when it is no longer required.

The WHMCS screenshots in the source documentation use an older WHMCS interface. Current provider deployments may look different, but the underlying upgrade, refill, invoice, and billing concepts remain the same where this integration is still used.
