Once collaboration has been established, members can work with environments and groups shared by the primary account. Shared resources behave much like regular environments, but available actions, pricing visibility, notifications, and environment-creation rights depend on the roles and policies granted by the owner.
Shared environments are visually different from environments owned by your own account. The dashboard marks them with a dedicated collaboration icon and an owner tag.
Shared environments include a collaboration indicator and the primary-account owner tag.
Filter by Owner
Click the owner label in the Tags column to quickly filter the dashboard and display resources shared by that particular primary account.
Use the owner tag to filter shared environments by primary account.
Shared Environment Groups
Open Env Groups → Shared with Me to see the complete list of environment groups and individual environments shared with your account.
The Shared with Me branch groups environments by the account that shared them.
Group limitation: shared environments cannot be added to your own personal environment groups.
The complete personal and shared group hierarchy is also visible from the environment-group management dialog.
The Environment Groups dialog shows both your own groups and groups shared by other accounts.
Permissions and Restricted Actions
Day-to-day management of a shared environment is performed in the same way as for a regular environment. However, the owner can restrict individual actions through collaboration policies.
If a required policy was not granted, the dashboard blocks the corresponding management action.
Review Roles and Policies
To understand exactly what you are allowed to do, open Settings → Shared with Me. The interface displays the assigned role and the list of policies allowed for each shared resource.
Hover over or inspect the assigned role to review the policies granted by the owner.
For one specific shared environment, you can also open that environment’s Settings → Collaboration section.
Review collaboration members, roles, access level, and status for a specific shared environment.
By default, collaboration members can see only their own membership and cannot manage other users’ rights. The environment owner can grant this ability through a role that includes the Collaboration policy.
Track Collaboration Actions
The Tasks manager records operations performed on shared environments. Actions initiated by another account are marked with a dedicated collaboration icon.
Hover over this icon to see the email address of the collaboration member who initiated the task.

Create Environments for Another Account
If the owner has granted permission to create environments, clicking New Environment opens an Environment Owner selection dialog before the topology wizard.
Select whether the new environment belongs to your own account or to one of the accounts that granted creation rights.
Select the required account and, where applicable, the environment group where the new environment should be placed.
Install Marketplace Packages for Another Owner
If you have permission to install Marketplace packages for another account, the installation dialog includes an additional Owner field.
Select the account that should own the new Marketplace deployment.
The selected owner’s quotas and restrictions are automatically applied to the environment topology or package-installation dialog.
The topology wizard shows the selected environment owner and applies that owner’s limits.
Pricing and Notification Behavior
Pricing Visibility
Collaboration members do not see pricing information by default. The topology wizard shows resource data only unless the owner grants the Cost Estimation / Billing History policy.
Email Notifications
Collaborators receive notifications for actions they initiate, such as load alerts, auto-scaling, or password reset, but not for actions initiated by other collaborators or the account owner.
Collaboration user experience summary: shared environments are marked with owner information, can be filtered and browsed through Shared with Me, are managed according to assigned policies, record collaborator activity in Tasks, and can support environment/package creation on behalf of another account when the owner grants the necessary permissions.
