Account Types
Types of Accounts
Account Type Overview
New accounts are treated as trial accounts by default. Account type controls the set of available rights and quotas. A trial user who needs fewer restrictions can convert the account to billing without waiting for the trial period to finish.
Trial Account
After registration, the account receives a trial period. The trial can be limited by one of two mechanisms:
- Money / Bonus — the account receives a defined amount of free bonus credit that can be consumed while using platform resources.
- Time — the platform can be used free of charge for a defined period.
What Happens When the Trial Ends?
Before the trial expires, the platform displays a notification asking the user to convert the account to a paid billing account.
- When the trial period finishes, the account’s environments are suspended.
- A limited period remains available for converting the account to billing.
- If the account is not converted during the allowed period, the account can eventually be deleted.
To cancel a trial account and request deletion, contact the hosting provider’s support team.
Billing Account
A Billing account is a full paid account. It can be activated immediately after registration or created by converting an existing Trial account, including before the trial period expires.
- Trial-related restrictions are reduced.
- The account receives broader platform capabilities.
- Full support from the selected hosting provider becomes available according to that provider’s service terms.
- Prices and quotas are determined by the hosting provider.
Account limitations and available quotas can be reviewed from the dashboard under Quotas & Pricing.
